Operations Manager

SUPPORTS

Romulus, MI Warehouse As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a shift from start to finish. Your role will involve coordinating with supervisors, shipping/receiving and other team members, ensuring quality control, and maintaining production schedules.

Your duties will include:

The B shift supervisor position will be responsible for the following:

• Key Decision Maker for the Off-Shift Supporting the entire Operation
• Responsible for all Employees and Processes during the off-shift
• Responsible for managing supervisors and adhering to the required tasks
• Overall responsibility for shipping and receiving departments on Off -Shift
• Employee engagement, communication and training for employees on your shift
• General Supervision 101 Tasks and Behaviors
• Responsible to cover supervisors duties in event of vacation, absent, etc..
• Must be self-starter and be able to work independently with integrity
• Can be flexible in scheduling, adhering to customer demands, working overtime as needed. Skills To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
• Excellent time management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficient with Microsoft excel, word and the ability to learn warehouse management system.
• Strong leadership abilities with experience in supervising
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members
• Strong problem-solving skills to address any issues
• Knowledge of quality control processes and procedures.
