We are looking for an enthusiastic contract to direct staff to help us with our overall sales and marketing efforts. You will be an integral part of the development and execution of our plans to boost "Drinkmate" brand awareness, promote our products, acquire new customers, and follow up items such as PO, invoices and services. This position is responsible for a wide variety of duties: Brainstorm and develop ideas for online and offline sales and marketing approaches to acquire and retain customers, and support our channel partners Achieve sales results within varied distribution channels through the development and implementation of promotional programs, pricing policies, sales policies, support tools, etc. Metrics include gross sales, operating profit, and management objectives. Maintain product listings and inventory levels on various retail websites to keep them current and competitive. Set up promotion details. Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate and track all sales and marketing activities, including internationally Key liaison person to communicate and work with sales rep teams in the development and implementation of channel partner sales and marketing programs and projects Assist in analyzing performance and reporting of sales & marketing KPI's (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future strategies and drive business goals Plan, implement and attend trade shows and key retailer events Help and support operational team on order fulfillment (pick, pack, and ship) in warehouse as needed. Requirements Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience as a Sales & Marketing coordinator or similar role, preferably with consumer products or services. International experience or capability a plus. Motivated, self-starter and detail-oriented that demonstrates the initiative to complete responsibilities within deadlines and within budget Strong understanding of sales and marketing elements (including in-store ads and co-op, traditional and digital marketing such as Amazon ads, TikTok Shopify, Social media/online shopping, etc.) and sales techniques, with desire for continuous learning in all aspects of consumer product sales and marketing Demonstrable experience in sales calls and data summary, analytics and tools Solid and in-depth computer skills, including MS Office, influencer marketing software and applications (Web analytics, Google AdWords, LinkedIn, etc.). Amazon, Shopify and other e-Commerce experience a big plus. Well-organized and detail oriented with strong communication skills, both verbal and written Batchelor degree in data science/marketing/business/engineering, B.S. or equivalent experience
