Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, merchandising, stocking, and POS (Point of Sale) systems. Implement pricing strategies, monitor inventory control, and oversee purchasing to optimize stock levels. Ensure compliance with cash handling procedures, cashiering protocols, and operational policies. Foster a positive work environment through effective communication, managerial leadership, and team management skills. Experience Proven experience in retail industry sales team management or retail store management roles with supervisory responsibilities. Strong background in sales management, customer service excellence, and retail math including budgeting and pricing.. Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management, and operational management tools. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued to enhance communication with diverse customer bases. Previous assistant manager or managerial experience in Furniture/Electronic or similar retail environments is preferred.
