Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bridal Supervisor to join our prestigious team at a luxury jewelry store in West Bloomfield, Michigan. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fine jewelry, possess strong leadership skills, and deliver exceptional customer service. As a Bridal Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing the bridal department, leading a team of sales associates, and providing personalized guidance to customers in their wedding jewelry selection.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Supervision Manage and supervise bridal sales team to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance. Train, coach, and mentor team members to develop product knowledge and sales techniques. Set goals, monitor progress, and evaluate team performance, providing constructive feedback. Oversee daily operations of the bridal department to ensure smooth workflow and efficient service. Customer Service Excellence Provide personalized, consultative sales experience to bridal clients, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of professionalism and care. Assist clients in selecting engagement rings, wedding bands, and other fine jewelry with attention to detail and an exceptional understanding of the products. Build lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Handle client inquiries, resolve any issues or concerns, and ensure complete customer satisfaction. Sales & Inventory Management Achieve and exceed bridal department sales targets while maintaining a high standard of service. Maintain accurate inventory records for bridal collections and ensure the display is visually appealing and organized. Collaborate with management to optimize stock levels and order new merchandise as necessary. Administrative Duties Oversee administrative tasks such as processing orders, invoicing, and managing customer follow-ups. Ensure all sales transactions are accurate and meet company standards.

Requirements:

Proven experience in bridal or luxury jewelry sales with a focus on customer service and team leadership. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work well in a fast-paced, high-end retail environment while maintaining a professional demeanor. Knowledge of jewelry, gemstones, and engagement/wedding rings is a significant advantage. Experience with POS systems Ability to work Saturdays and flexible availability to accommodate store needs. High attention to detail, with a passion for the bridal jewelry industry. A team player who can motivate and guide others towards achieving business goals.
