Assistant Manager - Jersey Mikes White Lake We're growing—and we're building our leadership team for our upcoming Howell location! If you have Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) experience and are ready to step into a high-impact leadership role, we want to meet you.

Position Overview:

As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a key role in leading daily operations, developing team members, and helping launch our new Howell location. Training will take place at our Brighton store to set you up for success.

What You'll Do:

Support and lead a team of 12-17 crew members Motivate, coach, and develop team members to deliver top-tier service Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met Uphold brand standards and operational excellence Manage ordering, inventory, and labor goals Play a key role in new store opening preparation and execution Thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment while multitasking effectively

What We're Looking For:

Previous QSR or restaurant leadership experience required Servsafe Certified Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to motivate and inspire a team Detail-oriented with a focus on standards and execution Organized and able to manage multiple priorities Positive attitude and high energy Why Join Us?
