Jimmy John's is looking for a Manager in Training (MIT) to join our fast-paced, high-energy team! As an MIT, you'll learn everything you need to know to run one of our stores like a pro. You'll receive hands-on training from experienced managers and quickly grow into a leadership role within the company. If you love working in a fun, fast environment, have a great attitude, and are ready to lead by example, we want you on our team!

Responsibilities:

Assist in managing all aspects of store operations Learn and apply Jimmy John's operational systems and procedures Deliver world-class customer service Lead and motivate team members to meet performance goals Manage inventory, food costs, and labor controls Enforce quality standards and food safety procedures Participate in recruiting, hiring, and training crew members Ensure store cleanliness and organization

Qualifications:

Previous experience in food service or retail preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Reliable, responsible, and punctual Able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred Must be 18 years or older
