An Assistant Retail Store Manager provides support to the Manager of a retail store, either an independent business or a store that is part of a large retail chain. May have primary responsibility for hiring and training retail sales staff. Reviews and monitors merchandise sales, inventory and prices, and directs advertising and promotions. Supervises sales, warehouse, cleaning, maintenance and security staff and prepares work schedules. Responsible for resolving customer complaints.

Support the Store Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations Lead, train, and motivate team members Deliver outstanding customer service every shift Maintain food quality, speed, and accuracy standards Handle scheduling, labor management, and inventory Assist with hiring, training, and staff development Oversee banking, cash handling, and store profitability Support marketing efforts to grow salesAll Assistant Managers Receive:
