Total Comfort Heating & Cooling, one of Minnesota's premier 5-star HVAC companies, is seeking outgoing and motivated individuals to join our team as Sales Lead Generators . In this role, you'll work inside Home Depot stores and at select home shows and events, engaging with homeowners and generating appointments for our HVAC experts. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, are goal-oriented, and want to earn commissions on top of hourly pay. No HVAC experience required! We provide comprehensive paid training and all the tools you need to succeed. What You'll Do Engage customers in a friendly and professional manner Educate homeowners about our heating and cooling services Generate qualified appointments for our HVAC comfort advisors Represent Total Comfort Heating & Cooling inside Home Depot stores Attend select special events and home shows Meet and exceed lead generation goals

Schedule Thursday & Friday:

11:00 AM - 7:00

PM Saturday & Sunday:
