•20/hr based on experience, availability, and performance. Many of our managers started as shift leaders. We promote from within whenever possible and reward strong performance. We're looking for a dependable, motivated Shift Leader to help lead our evening team and ensure smooth operations during one of the most important shifts of the day. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys leading by example, coaching team members, solving problems, and creating a positive, high-performing work environment.
