Pay:
$23.00 - $26.00 per hour Job description: As a Kitting Line Lead, you will oversee daily kitting operations, lead production staff, and ensure projects are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time. This role is ideal for someone with leadership experience in production, warehouse, or manufacturing environments who enjoys working on the floor and driving team performance. Key Responsibilities Lead and direct kitting line operations to meet production schedules and quality standards Review project requirements and coordinate with Project Managers and Supply teams on materials and timelines Set up and manage production lines for efficiency and accuracy Determine staffing needs and assign team members based on workload Monitor quality metrics and ensure all work meets company standards Communicate daily production goals and schedules with operations leadership Train, coach, and support both full-time and temporary team members Ensure compliance with safety standards, including OSHA guidelines Maintain an organized, efficient, and team-focused work environment Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred Minimum 2+ years of experience in a kitting, production, or warehouse lead role Basic computer skills required (Google tools or similar systems) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and work independently Effective communication and leadership skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
