Position Overview:
The Shift Leader is responsible for the overall leadership and direction of the coffeehouse in partnership with the General Manager or the Assistant General Manager. The Shift Leader makes sure the team has a clear understanding of brand standards, expectations, products, cleanliness, new directives, and Guest connections during the shift. Skills and Qualifications Required:
At least 6 months of experience in a leadership role , or properly trained and approved to take on Shift Leader responsibilities To support the needs of the business and the team, Shift Leaders are expected to maintain flexible availability. While hiring may be based on current scheduling needs, Shift Leaders may be required to work different days, times, or shifts as business and operational needs change. Compensation Range:
$12.75 - $21.25 per hour Starting pay is subject to Local and State Minimum Wage regulations. •Ranges reflect what employer reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for such position. The physical demands for this position are reaching, lifting up to 50 pounds, sitting, standing, for 4 to 8 hours, bending, and moving intermittently during working hours.
