This will allow for unlimited potential for growth within our companyJob DescriptionStarting wage is $15-20/hr depending on experience We are seeking a dynamic and organized Assistant Manager to join our team at our location in Lindstrom, United States. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the store manager in daily operations, team leadership, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations and maintaining store standardsLead, motivate, and train team members to achieve performance goals and provide excellent customer serviceManage staff schedules, assign tasks, and ensure appropriate coverage during all shiftsMonitor and maintain inventory levels, process shipments, and conduct regular stock countsImplement and enforce company policies and proceduresHandle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues promptly and professionallyAssist in financial management, including cash handling, deposits, and basic accounting tasksEnsure compliance with safety and security protocolsContribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies to meet targetsSupport the store manager in administrative tasks and reportingQualificationsProven experience in retail management or a similar leadership roleStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team membersExcellent customer service skills and a customer-centric mindsetProficiency in operational management, including inventory control and staff schedulingSolid understanding of financial management and basic accounting principlesOutstanding problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesExceptional communication skills, both verbal and writtenExcellent time management and organizational skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and point-of-sale systemsBachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredFlexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as neededPhysical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 poundsAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
