Duties Assist in supervising daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures Support employee orientation and onboarding to ensure new team members are well-trained and confident Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service and resolving customer inquiries promptly Oversee cash handling, POS transactions, and payroll processing with accuracy and integrity Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and performance Support management in budgeting, sales management, and operational tasks to meet store goals Qualifications Proven experience in retail sales, supervision, or assistant management roles within the restaurant industry Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus Demonstrated proficiency in POS systems, inventory management, and basic math skills Experience with employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, and training & development processes Knowledge of retail math, pricing strategies, merchandising, and store operations management Ability to handle cash handling responsibilities accurately and confidently Flexibility to work part-time hours including evenings and weekends; shift management experience is preferred Embark on a rewarding journey where your leadership can inspire teams, elevate customer experiences, and contribute to the success of our retail environment.
