What You'll Do as a

Machine Shop Manager:

Supervise daily machine shop operations and production employeesProgram, set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC machines and machining processesDrive productivity, quality, safety, and continuous improvement initiativesTrain team members, provide technical support, and coordinate production schedulesRead and interpret blueprints, 3D models, engineering drawings, and work instructionsReport and resolve machine, tooling, and process issues to minimize downtimeOperate multiple machines and monitor production to meet delivery objectives What You Need to Bring to the

Machine Shop Manager Role:
