Role Overview Your primary focus will be on consultative selling, demonstrating the value and features of our extensive furniture collection, and expertly handling any customer questions or concerns. You'll be responsible for closing sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our store. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Engage with customers who visit our retail showroom, providing a warm and welcoming first impression. Utilize your deep product knowledge to effectively demonstrate furniture features, benefits, and styling options. Listen attentively to customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable products. Address customer objections and concerns with confidence and professionalism. Guide customers through the sales process, from initial interest to final purchase. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience. Maintain an organized and appealing sales floor, ensuring products are well-presented. Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets. Compensation This role offers a competitive compensation structure of base plus commission , with expected weekly earnings ranging from $1,000 to $1,300 USD. Your earning potential is directly tied to your performance and success in closing sales. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should possess: A valid driver's license and a personal vehicle. Authorization to work in the United States. Be 18 years of age or older. Proven experience in a sales role, ideally within a retail or customer-facing environment. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. A strong understanding of sales techniques, including objection handling and closing strategies. The ability to demonstrate product knowledge effectively and persuasively.
