From $25.00 per hour Opitz Outlet - ( where everything is at least 70% off) is seeking a DYNAMIC Retail Assistant Store Manager to join our management team.

As an Assistant Retail Store Manager at Opitz Outlet , your areas of responsibilities would include:

LEADERSHIP/TRAINING/CUSTOMER SERVICE

Coach & train all new store employees in a professional & positive manner at all times. Demonstrate superb customer service to all Opitz customers & employees at all times according to Opitz customer service standards. Educate all employees to effectively communicate the store mission, our unique merchandise, pricing, etc. Maintain control of the store when acting as the Manager on Duty (MOD) Monitor store operations to ensure policies and procedures are followed at all times. Complete all opening and closing procedures in a timely manner. Recruit, train & retain a customer service oriented, staff according to set guidelines Communicate a positive working relationship with all employees to promote a cooperative working climate, employee morale, productivity & customer service.

Skills, Abilities and Other Requirements:

Must be able to work at both our St Louis Park and Minnetonka stores. Prior retail store management experience. Excellent customer service skills Ability to recognize and execute selling opportunities Good communication and organizational skills Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment Ability to take initiative to complete tasks and solve problems Ability to manage time and prioritize !
