Job Summary We are looking for a motivated, dependable, and people-focused Morning Shift Assistant Manager to join our Little Caesars team! This is more than just a job. As an Assistant Manager, you will play an important role in leading our team, creating a positive work environment, delivering great customer service, and making sure our store runs smoothly every day. We are looking for someone who is ready to take ownership, lead by example, and grow with our team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Lead and support the team during daily operations Help create a positive, respectful, and team-focused work environment Train, coach, and develop employees Hold team members accountable to company standards and expectations Make sure customers receive fast, friendly, and accurate service Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards Help manage inventory, food preparation, and product availability Assist with opening and closing the store Handle customer concerns professionally and find solutions Help manage cash, deposits, and daily paperwork Communicate effectively with employees and management Help create and maintain efficient staffing and workflow Step in and make decisions when the General Manager is unavailable Help identify problems and take action to solve them Support the General Manager in reaching store goals
