Duties Lead and supervise daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company policies Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members to build a strong, motivated workforce Conduct employee orientation sessions and ongoing training to promote professional growth Manage inventory control, purchasing, pricing strategies, and stock replenishment to maximize sales Oversee cash handling, cashiering procedures, payroll processing, and bookkeeping tasks with accuracy Implement effective merchandising and marketing initiatives to attract customers and boost sales Supervise shift management, customer service standards, and store cleanliness to deliver an exceptional shopping experience Skills Proven management experience with supervising teams in a retail or similar environment Strong negotiation skills for vendor relations and sales strategies Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are a plus Skilled in recruiting, interviewing, training & development of staff Proficient in retail math, POS systems, inventory management software, and retail math calculations Demonstrated leadership in retail sales management and customer service excellence Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform bookkeeping tasks efficiently Exceptional organizational skills with time management expertise Knowledge of grocery store operations or wireless sales is advantageous Experience with budgeting, store merchandising, stock stocking, and promotional marketing This role offers an energetic environment where your leadership can truly shine.
