Job Description
Accessories Manager Eide Waite Park | Waite Park, MN Eide Waite Park is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Accessories Manager to lead and grow our vehicle accessories department. This individual will be responsible for driving accessory sales, managing inventory, coordinating installations, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. What You'll Do Promote and sell vehicle accessories to new and existing customers Work closely with the sales and service departments to identify accessory opportunities Manage accessory inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships Coordinate accessory installations and ensure quality standards are met Maintain product displays, pricing, and merchandising Track sales performance and develop strategies to increase revenue Stay current on OEM and aftermarket accessory offerings Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the purchasing and installation process What We're Looking For Automotive dealership experience preferred Prior parts, accessories, or aftermarket sales experience is a plus Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to build relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams Self-motivated with a focus on achieving sales goals Proficiency with dealership management systems and inventory software preferred Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
