A Day in the Life of an Auto Repair Shop General Manager As an Auto Repair Shop General Manager, you maintain our operations, help customers, and oversee the team. • 5+ years of experience in automotive repair, preferably in fixed operations or service management
• Experience with automotive repair estimation and repair order generation
• Experience with key performance indicator (KPI) reporting (ticket averages, car counts, labor, and parts reporting)
• Leadership skills Do you have the ability to mentor and train others with patience and professionalism?
