Primary Responsibilities:
Technical Mastery:
Learn how to cut, duplicate, and program car keys and remotes, becoming an expert in relevant technology.
Customer Support:
Address customer questions and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring high satisfaction.
Sales Support:
Assist in acquiring new customers, processing sales, and building customer relationships.
Record Keeping:
Ensure accurate management of customer data and transaction details.
Team Player:
Support overall team success through consistent technical and sales efforts.
Qualifications:
A positive, proactive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills. Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience. Ability to pass background checks and maintain a clean driving record (Motor Vehicle Report required). Strong organizational abilities and effective time management. Dependable transportation and a valid driver's license. Comfortable with physically active tasks, including working around vehicles, testing keys, and retrieving VINs.
