Responsibilities Lead and motivate the retail sales team to achieve sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service. Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and POS system management. Manage inventory levels through effective stock control, purchasing, merchandising, and stock replenishment strategies. Conduct recruiting efforts by interviewing candidates, onboarding new employees, and providing ongoing training & development. Supervise employee scheduling, shift management, and payroll processing to ensure optimal store coverage. Implement pricing strategies and promotional activities aligned with marketing plans to maximize sales. Maintain operational excellence by monitoring store cleanliness, safety protocols, bookkeeping accuracy, and administrative tasks. Qualifications Proven management experience in retail or sales environments with supervising responsibilities. Strong knowledge of retail industry sales techniques, inventory management, POS systems, and cash handling procedures. Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively through managerial communication and training. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse customer bases. Demonstrated skills in negotiation, customer service excellence, and operational management. Experience with employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, budgeting, and bookkeeping is highly desirable. Basic math skills for retail math calculations such as pricing adjustments and sales analysis. Organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
