Winning Team What You'll Do:

Lead, motivate, coach, and develop a small retail sales team Help drive store sales and achieve monthly performance goals Train and coach employees through daily observations, one-on-one conversations, and real-time feedback Create a positive, customer-focused environment customers enjoy visiting Assist customers with phones, accessories, wireless plans, and solutions that fit their needs Ensure operational tasks are completed accurately and on time Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment Celebrate wins, encourage growth, and help your team succeed

What We're Looking For:
