Duties Lead and supervise daily dispensary operations, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and company policies Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to optimize team performance and productivity Oversee inventory management, including stock replenishment, purchasing, and inventory control to minimize shrinkage Handle cash register operations, POS systems, cash handling, and cashiering duties with accuracy and integrity Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a welcoming environment Coordinate with vendors for purchasing and merchandising to ensure product availability and optimal store presentation Conduct employee orientation, interviewing, and onboarding processes to build a skilled and motivated team Experience Proven management experience in retail or dispensary settings with supervisory responsibilities Strong knowledge of retail sales techniques, inventory management, POS systems, and cash handling procedures Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively and manage managerial conversations Experience in recruiting, training, and developing staff within a retail or healthcare environment Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases Demonstrated proficiency in retail math, budgeting, pricing strategies, merchandising, and operational management Prior assistant manager or supervisory experience in retail industry sales teams is preferred Join us to lead with energy and purpose!
