Duties Lead and supervise all store activities, including sales, inventory management, merchandising, and customer service to achieve business objectives. Recruit, interview, train, and develop team members to build a high-performing retail sales team. Manage employee orientation programs and ongoing training & development initiatives to enhance staff skills. Control inventory levels through effective stock management, purchasing decisions, and inventory control procedures. Maintain operational standards by supervising shift management, cashiers, merchandising displays, and store cleanliness. Utilize management skills to handle customer inquiries with excellent customer service practices while resolving issues promptly. Daily deposits and paperwork associated with shifts/daily sales. Skills Proven management experience in retail or similar environments with supervisory responsibilities. Proficient in POS systems, inventory management tools, and cash handling procedures. Effective leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and manage operational workflows efficiently. Sound organizational skills with time management expertise to prioritize tasks effectively during busy shifts. Strong managerial communication skills for clear instructions and performance feedback.
