We are seeking a Automotive Repair Store Manager to lead a team, ensure outstanding customer service, and drive business growth.

Responsibilities include:

leading staff, managing customer relations, maintaining store standards, coaching employees, conducting performance evaluations, analyzing sales trends, controlling inventory, and meeting sales and profit goals.

Qualifications:

valid driver's license, 5+ years of automotive sales or management experience, strong leadership, communication, and business development skills, with a track record of exceeding sales targets. Prior technical experience is preferred but not required.

Compensation:

$80,000-$160,000 annually, combining salary and bonuses.
