Store Hours:
Monday-Sunday (you must have a flexible schedule)Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management
- Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to increase store profitability
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and make necessary adjustments to meet goals
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Train and develop employees on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills
- Manage scheduling and staffing needs to ensure adequate coverage during business hours
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
Skills:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Experience in retail or wireless sales is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in shift management and scheduling
- Knowledge of budgeting principles and ability to manage store expenses
- Ability to develop and deliver training programs for employees
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage stock levels and inventory control
- Excellent negotiation skills for vendor relationships
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
