• One year of prior leadership experience is required, and retail management is a definite plus
• At least two years retail sales experience required
• Proficient knowledge of cell phones, computers, and point of sale systems strongly preferred Retail Store Manager Responsibilities
• Sell no-contract wireless phones, service plans, features and accessories in a fast-paced retail environment
• Deliver outstanding service, striving to retain and gain customers
• Understand customers' needs and help them discover how our no contract products meet those needs
• Engage with the community through outside sales events or promotions
• Work flexible hours, weekends and holidays at various locations as needed
• Perform daily opening and closing procedures, maintain store appearance, and help create a positive working environment
• Supervise all day-to-day store operations, including merchandising and promotions, bank deposits, and employee scheduling
• Ensure store safety and security, including cash handling and inventory management
• Conduct employee training and on-going coaching to meet sales goals, as well as address performance issues as needed
