Job Summary We are seeking an energetic Store Manager to lead our retail team and drive store success. Responsibilities Lead and supervise all store activities, including sales, merchandising, inventory management, and customer service. Recruit, interview, train, and develop team members to build a high-performing retail staff. Manage scheduling, and employee orientation to ensure optimal staffing levels. Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, and purchasing to maximize product availability and profitability. Utilize POS systems for sales transactions, cash handling, and reporting; ensure accurate bookkeeping and cash reconciliation. Implement effective merchandising strategies and pricing policies to enhance product visibility and sales. Monitor store operations to ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures. Skills Proven management experience within the retail industry with strong supervisory skills. Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team. Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management software, and basic math for sales and financial calculations. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Skilled in negotiation, purchasing, and managing budgets to optimize store profitability. Experience in employee training & development, recruiting, interviewing, and performance management. Knowledge of retail math concepts such as pricing strategies, sales management, and inventory control. Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally using phone etiquette and excellent customer service skills. Demonstrated leadership in shift management, operational oversight, and team development initiatives.
