Job Description

POWER TOOL DEPARTMENT HEAD
DESCRIPTION Our Belgrade location has an immediate opening for a Power Tools Department Head. If interested in becoming an integral member of the Kenyon Noble team, please apply online or in the store. Previous experience with tools is helpful, but Kenyon Noble is willing to provide training. The Power Tool Department Head responsibilities include, presenting customers product solutions, selling and displaying merchandise and services in a retail setting, and providing top notch customer experiences to drive revenue. Additional responsibilities include communication with vendor/supplier reps, maintaining proper stock levels, inventory, pricing, merchandising, and departmental maintenance when necessary.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Welcome and identify customer needs Explain products and services to customers Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock Enter and process customer orders Investigate and resolve customer issues
QUALIFICATIONS
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Ability to build rapport with customers Excellent written and verbal communication skills Positive attitude Wages start at $22+, Based on experience. Flexible shift schedule, as well as potential weekend availability for special events. Applicants must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
