Main responsibilities:
Ensure fast, friendly, and accurate checkout service while championing the company's customer‑first service philosophy. Direct and supervise all Front End operations, including staffing, scheduling, customer flow, cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance. Manage and oversee cash handling processes, including tills, safe transactions, refunds, check approvals, and cash reconciliation. Monitor and address front end system issues such as scan errors, pricing discrepancies, and equipment or system emergencies. Recruit, train, coach, and supervise front end staff; make recommendations related to hiring, discipline, and employment status changes. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, safety standards, and grooming expectations. Manage labor, supply usage, and other expenses to meet budget and performance goals. Support store sales initiatives and serve as an overflow cashier when needed. Retail Front End operations and customer service best practices Company policies and procedures related to Front End operations Interviewing techniques and basic employment practices Point‑of‑sale systems, cash handling, and basic computer applications Safety, sanitation, and department proceduresAbilities :

Starting rates will be no less than the local minimum wage and may vary based on things like location, experience, qualifications, and the terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement. Candidates with unique qualifications may be considered for compensation above this range. Dependent on length of service, hours worked, any applicable collective bargaining agreement and/or Company policy, benefits may include medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, sick pay- , PTO/Vacation pay
