Job Description

Responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of a thriving retail grocery store to achieve desired sales and profitability results. Responsible for the development of all store staff through coaching and mentoring. Must serve as a role model and promote the company's values of respect, honesty, integrity, and safety of others.
Essential Job Functions:
Work side by side with assistant managers, department managers and store staff to identify opportunities in the store and creating actionable plans to fix. Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and yearly sales and profit targets. Manage weekly, monthly, and yearly purchasing budgets. Facilitate regular communication with the management team on budgets and financial results. Foster an inclusive environment for all of our team to work in. Communicate effectively with our suppliers and vendors on needs or issues. Support relationships in the community we serve. Directly responsible for store staffing and retention of our team. Manage labor on a daily basis to make sure we are meeting our customers' needs and achieving our financial targets. Regularly supervise and coach store team on their performance and duties.
Minimum Position Qualifications:
High school degree or equivalent. Retail Grocery Management experience of at least 5 years Supervisory skills. Financial responsibility including budget management.
Compensation:
Based on experience $90,000-$120,000 plus bonus potential.
