Earn $12.00 to $14.00/hour (includes an average of $3.00/hour in tips and quarterly bonus) as a full time Shift Leader or Assistant Manager of a Marcos Pizza (depending on your prior work experience and the days and times you're available for work).. It will be your job to lead the crew in a fast-paced store culture of accountability. Pizza is fun, and it will be your job to keep everything moving like a well-oiled machine, while creating a fun and customer-centric environment. We are seeking candidates that have 1-2 years of management/supervisory experience in the restaurant and/or retail setting. Knowledge of Pizza restaurant management is a plus. Experience in supervising others to achieve great results is required.

Focusing on achieving results without compromising customer service, a great product, or the image of the restaurant. Shift Leaders and Assistant Managers would assist General Manager in duties listed above. With proven performance and a strong desire to exceed expectations, you could be a candidate for promotion to the General Manager position, which is demanding, but offers much in return.
