Store Manager

Duties Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and merchandising to maximize sales potential Oversee cash handling, POS (Point of Sale) operations, and daily financial transactions with accuracy Recruit, interview, and onboard new employees; conduct employee orientation and ongoing training & development Implement effective marketing strategies to attract customers and promote store promotions Supervise shift management, scheduling, and ensure smooth daily operations Monitor store budgets, perform bookkeeping tasks, and handle payroll processing with attention to detail Maintain excellent communication with staff and customers; address concerns promptly and professionally Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and store procedures Experience Proven management experience in retail or grocery stores with supervising responsibilities Strong background in retail sales, inventory management, merchandising, and pricing strategies Demonstrated skills in negotiation, recruiting, training & development, and employee orientation Experience with POS systems, cash handling, bookkeeping, payroll processing, and store budgeting Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases Excellent organizational skills combined with effective time management abilities Previous assistant manager or supervisory experience in a retail environment is highly desirable Join us as a Store Manager where your leadership fuels success!
