We're growing and we need a right-hand person to help us keep up. The D.U.B. Lead plays a central role in daily operations: keeping inventory moving, the store running smoothly, and customers happy. Our ideal candidate is Hungry to grow, Humble to learn, and Smart with people. Reporting directly to owner, the Store Lead is the operational backbone of DUB. Minimum Qualifications Three years of customer service or retail experience OR a Bachelor's degree Passionate reader with broad knowledge of books and genres Comfortable with computers and able to learn inventory management software quickly Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks Proven problem-solving and time management skills Comfortable with physical work: prolonged standing, bending, lifting up to 25 lbs.
