It is a permanent corporate position responsible for leading and monitoring our staffing employees at our North Carolina locations. >>><<< Operations Site Manager, Industrial Division ✅ New Leaf Service's Operations On-Site Manager will manage, lead, and influence up to 50 associates at a customer site. ✅ You will oversee the day-to-day customer relationship as well as our associates while ensuring all fill rate, service quality, and safety objectives are met or exceeded. ✅ You will analyze performance and results for the purpose of driving key decisions around service delivery and operations. ✅ Specific activities include customer service, account expansion, daily/weekly reporting, safety checks, local associate recruitment and selection, person to person developmental and coaching discussions and performance reviews. >>><<< ✅ Pay & Schedule Base salary starts at $60,000 per year PLUS performance bonuses! Must have availability Monday - Friday. >>><<< ✅ Responsibilities Build and maintain a strong relationship with our customer in a professional, courteous, and knowledgeable manner Create growth and work to identify additional expansion opportunities Work with customer to address employee relations issues in a confidential and objective manner and address, investigate and resolve employee relations issues quickly Implement department, facility and corporate goals and action plans and ensure high level of accuracy and timeliness Execute, monitor, and ensure compliance with NLS and customer policies and procedures including but not limited to, safety training and all necessary certifications Proper documentation of reasons for termination and ensure all personnel issues and maintain personnel files up to date Conduct all on-boarding processes including orientations and off boarding processes including termination exit interviews Ensure accurate pay/bill processes Provide client with reports and information as required and in a timely manner Demonstrate leadership in creating a positive productive work force Establish and maintain relationships with local recruiting sources of workers. Coordinate Quarterly Business Reviews >>><<< ✅ What You Bring to New Leaf Services Must have a valid drivers license. MVR will be ran before interview. Some experience in hospitality/hotel management or logistics management is preferred. Experience in staffing not required. Excellent analytical and innovative skills for strategic planning, sound decision-making, and problem solving and ability to work well under tight business driven deadlines Superior verbal, written and listening communication skills as well as the ability to lead others and influence at various levels of the organization Proficient in Word, Power Point, Google Docs, SLACK, and advanced Excel skills Demonstrated experience of understanding and fostering a diverse workforce Ability to handle confidential matters in a professional manner Experience with people management accountability while embracing and promoting others ideas Outstanding leadership qualities Can-do attitude to help the company grow and thrive at your location.
