Job Description

Position Description You will serve as a
AIRCRAFT OVERHAUL & REPAIR SUPERVISOR
in the
MRO PRODUCTION DEPARTMENT
of
FLTREADCEN EAST.
Position Duties/Responsibilities You will provide direction to all Production Shop members and to other personnel directly assigned or identified to support the assigned product line. You will assign work based on priorities, consideration of the difficulty and requirements of the assignments and the capabilities of employees. You will coordinate with the Branch Head to ensure work is being processed throughout the Shop to meet the needs of all customers. You will establish goals and develops broad plans to review production processes and develop improvement initiatives. You will serve as a first level supervisor for the Production Shop. Minimum Salary 45.66 Maximum Salary 53.25
