Assistant Manager - CiCi's Pizza If you've got the hustle of a pizza toss and the leadership of a buffet boss, we want you as our Assistant Manager. You'll be the right-hand to the GM, helping lead the crew, wow guests, and serve up smiles alongside those famous cinnamon rolls. At CiCi's, it's more than a job—it's a pizza-powered community.

Responsibilities:

Run the show when the GM's away—operations, crew, and guest experience. Train and mentor the next wave of pizza pros . Create the vibe —from upbeat music to clean buffet lines. Jump into any role —dough rolling, salad bar sprucing, or helping a family at the register. Keep the buffet looking fresh and stocked at all times. Monitor labor and food costs —a smooth buffet is a smart buffet. Drive local store marketing —school spirit nights, community events, and pizza pride.

Requirements:

2+ years in foodservice or QSR leadership . Excited about all-you-can-eat operations and large team management. Tech-savvy enough to manage POS, schedules, and reports. Customer-first mindset —you live to make guests happy. Calm under pressure , quick on your feet, and always looking for solutions. Available nights, weekends, and during peak buffet hours . Energetic, approachable, and full of team spirit .
