HVAC Department Manager - Service Qualified candidates may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000! Since 2005, Jay's has proudly served the Mt. We're looking for an experienced HVAC Service Manager to lead our maintenance and service teams. This is an opportunity to take ownership of department performance, develop talented technicians, and help shape the next stage of our growth. Compensation:
$85,000-$125,000 annually, plus performance bonuses Why Join Jay's?

HVAC industry knowledge preferred. Experience with sales training, coaching, and employee development. A demonstrated commitment to outstanding customer service. A proven ability to build, motivate, and retain high-performing teams. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities Lead the HVAC maintenance and service teams to consistently deliver high-quality work and exceptional customer experiences. Schedule and direct technicians while providing technical guidance and operational support. Understand the department's business plan and hold the team accountable for meeting and exceeding performance goals. Review completed work to confirm it meets company quality and service standards. Plan and coordinate technical, sales, and customer-service training for team members. Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, and develop HVAC technicians based on department needs. Coach employees, monitor performance, and create opportunities for continued growth. Ensure compliance with applicable occupational health and safety requirements. Maintain compliance with company procedures, service standards, work instructions, and customer requirements.
