HVAC Service Manager

Job Description

HVAC Service Manager Job Overview All American Heating & Air is seeking a driven and experienced HVAC professional to step into a leadership-focused Service Manager role. This position is designed for someone who not only understands HVAC systems fully and diagnostics, but also knows how to lead technicians, manage operations, improve performance, and help grow a successful service department. We are looking for a strong leader who can support and develop technicians, maintain high service standards, improve operational efficiency, and help drive revenue through exceptional customer service and team accountability. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, highly motivated, and capable of balancing field support with day-to-day management responsibilities. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HVAC leader who wants to play a key role in building and managing a high-performing service team. Key Responsibilities Lead and support the HVAC service department on a daily basis Supervise, coach, and develop HVAC service technicians Assist technicians with advanced diagnostics and difficult service calls when needed Monitor technician productivity, performance, and service quality Ensure jobs are completed efficiently, correctly, and to company standards Work closely with dispatch to maximize scheduling efficiency and profitability Help drive sales opportunities through strong customer service and technician accountability Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve escalated service concerns Conduct ride-alongs, training sessions, and ongoing technician development Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards Utilize ServiceTitan and other technology platforms to track performance and manage operations Assist leadership with departmental growth, operational improvements, and team development Qualifications 5+ years of HVAC service industry experience required Previous leadership, management, or lead technician experience preferred Strong understanding of residential HVAC systems and service operations Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to motivate, coach, and hold technicians accountable Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Highly tech-savvy and comfortable using tablets, software platforms, and Service Titan Experience managing customer relationships and resolving service issues Valid driver's license and clean driving record What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Performance bonuses and growth opportunities Company vehicle (if applicable) Health benefits Paid time off and holidays Ongoing leadership and management training Supportive, team-focused work environment Opportunity to help build and lead a growing HVAC service department About Us All American Heating & Air is a growing HVAC company dedicated to delivering high-quality service while building a strong, professional team. Pay:
$70,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
