What We're Looking For Required Experience & Skills 3+ years of retail management experience (multi-department or high-volume strongly preferred)

Primary Responsibilities Lead, train, and develop a full retail staff Oversee daily operations and ensure store standards are met every day Manage all scheduling, staffing levels, and productivity KPIs Produce weekly performance reports (sales, attendance, productivity, COGS, shrink, payroll efficiency, etc.) with support from our accountant and project manager Enforce SOPs and ensure full compliance across all departments Maintain a clean, organized, customer-focused environment Partner with marketing to maximize traffic and convert customers Collaborate with executives on strategy, problem-solving, and long-term store improvement Lead by example, jump in on the sales floor when needed What We Provide We don't expect you to run this store alone.
