We are looking for a trustworthy, entrepreneurial Store Manager to oversee daily operations at our brick-and-mortar storefront in Downtown, Sylva, North Carolina. As our Store Manager, you will operate with a high degree of autonomy. Aside from direct collaborative support from the business owner during peak windows, you will independently drive the customer experience, inventory organization, and daily storefront management.

Core Responsibilities:

Manage solo day-to-day floor operations, including opening, closing, and cash handling Maintain high visual standards, product placement, and stock levels

Qualifications:

1-2 years of retail experience (leadership or managerial preferred) Experience with retail POS systems (Training provided) Strong sense of accountability, reliability, and time management Exceptional communication skills and a problem-solving mindset Scheduling interviews ASAP. Pay:

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 37.0 - 40.0 per week
