Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Auto Accessories Assistant Store Manager to work with the Store Manager in leading our retail team and driving the success of our auto accessories store. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, manage sales and inventory, and ensure exceptional customer service. Duties Lead and supervise the retail sales team, providing guidance, training, and motivation to meet sales goals and deliver outstanding customer service Manage inventory control, purchasing, stocking, and merchandising to optimize product availability and presentation Oversee daily store operations including cash handling, POS system management, scheduling, and shift management Conduct employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, and onboarding processes to build a skilled and motivated team Implement pricing strategies, marketing initiatives, and promotional activities to increase store traffic and sales Maintain accurate bookkeeping, payroll processing, budgeting, and operational records to ensure smooth business functioning Foster a positive store environment through effective communication, managerial leadership, and organizational skills Qualifications Proven management experience in retail sales or store management roles with supervisory responsibilities Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (POS systems), merchandising, and retail math Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual abilities are highly desirable Demonstrated expertise in negotiation, customer service excellence, and team training & development Experience with recruiting, interviewing, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and operational management Ability to handle cash handling accurately while maintaining high standards of cashiering procedures Familiarity with wireless sales or automotive accessories is a plus; grocery store experience is beneficial but not required Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Join us as an Auto Accessories Assistant Store Manager where your leadership will energize our team and elevate our store's success!
