What You'll Do As the Convenience Store Manager, you'll oversee the people, operations and performance of the store while creating a positive environment for both employees and customers.

Responsibilities include:

Supervise, train, coach and develop store employees. Lead daily store operations and ensure the store runs efficiently. Create employee schedules and maintain appropriate staffing levels. Understand and manage labor guidelines to maximize productivity. Complete and oversee daily paperwork. Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate cash-handling procedures. Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory management. Maintain company standards for store appearance, cleanliness and customer service. Monitor employee performance and provide coaching or corrective feedback when necessary. Identify operational challenges and develop effective solutions. Communicate company policies and procedures to employees and ensure they are followed. Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns. Help drive the overall success and profitability of the store. Work a flexible schedule and provide coverage when needed.
