Full-time, Temp-to-Hire Position Summary We're hiring a Line Lead to support daily warehouse/production operations by leading a line/team, keeping workflow moving efficiently, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met. This is a hands-on lead role —you'll work alongside the team while helping coordinate priorities and pace. Key Responsibilities Lead and support a warehouse line/team to meet hourly/daily production goals Keep work flowing by coordinating tasks, staging materials, and communicating priorities Train and coach team members on process, safety, and quality expectations Monitor productivity and help troubleshoot slowdowns or bottlenecks Ensure a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout the shift Communicate updates/escalate issues (staffing, quality, equipment, shortages) as needed
