An Assistant Retail Store Manager provides support to the Manager of a retail store, either an independent business or a store that is part of a large retail chain. May have primary responsibility for hiring and training retail sales staff. Reviews and monitors merchandise sales, inventory and prices, and directs advertising and promotions. Supervises sales, warehouse, cleaning, maintenance and security staff and prepares work schedules. Responsible for resolving customer complaints.

Assistant Manager:
Lead, coach, and motivate crew members during shifts Ensure fast, friendly, and accurate service Assist with scheduling, training, and onboarding Oversee product quality, cleanliness, and food safety Handle cash management and basic reporting Step in to fill cashier or kitchen roles when needed to keep service movingWhat We're Looking For:
Age 18+ with open availability for both day and evening shifts 2+ year of supervisory or leadership experience preferred (restaurant or retail) Positive, team-first attitude Reliable and punctual with strong communication skills Able to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisionsSchedule:
