Deciduous Brewing Company is looking for a full-time Taproom Operations Lead to oversee the day-to-day operation of our taproom and front-of-house team. The Taproom Operations Lead will spend the majority of their week working alongside our front-of-house team and interacting directly with customers, while also taking ownership of scheduling, inventory, training, operating procedures, and the systems that keep the taproom running smoothly. We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, takes initiative, enjoys working with people, and wants to play an active role in making our taproom better.

Pay:

$20.00 per hour
