We're on the lookout for a motivated and experienced Turf and Plant Care Director to lead and grow our fertilization service line. If you're a self-starter with a strong knowledge of fertilization and treatment plans, we'd love to hear from you! What You'll Be Doing As our Turf and Plant Care Director , you'll wear many hats and play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Developing and implementing effective fertilization and treatment plans.
  • Managing client sales and providing outstanding support to meet their landscaping needs.
  • Leading and organizing the fertilization team, delegating tasks efficiently.
  • Driving the growth of our fertilization service line with innovative ideas and strategies.
  • Ensuring compliance with licensing and DOT medical card requirements.
  • Collaborating with the broader team to maintain a positive and productive work environment. What We're Looking For To thrive in this role, you'll need:
  • At least 3 years of experience in fertilization or a related field.
  • A strong understanding of fertilization techniques, treatment plans, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
  • A self-starter attitude with a passion for growing and improving services.
  • Strong communication and delegation skills to lead and inspire your team.
