What You'll Be Doing As our Turf and Plant Care Director , you'll wear many hats and play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing effective fertilization and treatment plans.
• Managing client sales and providing outstanding support to meet their landscaping needs.
• Leading and organizing the fertilization team, delegating tasks efficiently.
• Driving the growth of our fertilization service line with innovative ideas and strategies.
• Ensuring compliance with licensing and DOT medical card requirements.
