Dollar General seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support daily operations at our Troy, NH location. In this on-site role, you will help lead a small team, ensuring excellent customer service, accurate cash handling, and adherence to company policies. You will assist with scheduling, training associates, and maintaining a clean, well-stocked, and safe environment. Responsibilities include inventory management, merchandising, and supporting loss prevention efforts. Partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, meet performance goals, and create a positive in-store experience for customers and employees alike.
