Job Description
Key Responsibilities Customer Experience & Sales Deliver an exceptional, personalized client experience that reflects MACEOO's luxury brand standards Drive and exceed individual and store sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) Maintain an in-depth knowledge of product offerings and effectively communicate MACEOO's brand heritage Team Leadership & Development Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team Provide ongoing coaching and support to ensure team engagement, productivity, and goal achievement Conduct regular performance evaluations and lead by example on the sales floor Operations & Store Management Manage all daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and compliance with company policies Create and manage staff schedules to ensure appropriate floor coverage Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock counts, organization, and replenishment processes Uphold visual merchandising standards in accordance with brand guidelines Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety and loss prevention protocols Maintain a neat and accurate client book and utilize CRM tools to foster long-term customer relationships Collaboration & Strategy Partner with senior management to execute store strategies, promotions, and special events Monitor market trends and customer feedback to provide actionable insights and improve store performance Qualifications 3+ years of experience in retail management, preferably in a luxury or premium fashion environment Demonstrated ability to lead a team, drive sales, and exceed performance goals Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering outstanding service Proficient in POS systems and CRM tools Proficient in Excel Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
